43job:Focus on Shanghai, focus on recruitment for hairdressing sector

I have a dream to help people to find job easily in hairdressing sector, so i started the [URL=http://www.43job.com]43job[/URL] project at the end of last year.But i had a full time job in a factory([URL=http://www.flextronics.com]Flextronics[/URL],a world fortune 500 company), so the [URL=http://www.43job.com]43job[/URL] project became to my part time project from that time.

January 1st this year,the beta version website of [URL=http://www.43job.com]43job[/URL] launched after one month’s program development.There was no company,no user,no job position,no resume at the beginning.I had to post advertisement in my other websites & blog.I also did SEO(Search Engine Optimization) and invited some of my friends to hire people from [URL=http://www.43job.com]43job[/URL]. Meanwhile,i went on program development & user interface improvement.almost all of my part time and weekends was spent in this prject until May,2008.

Some companies started to pay me after few months free service from May,2008,So i optimized the online payment system and the bussiness mode(as below).By now,about 450 companies came to [URL=http://www.43job.com]43job[/URL] and more than 30 companies paid for their recruitment. It’s really excited me!
